The LCB-II control board is upgraded from the LB board of the TOEC-3 elevator to the LBII board of the CHVF elevator, and then updated to the current LCB-II.
LCB-II (Limited Car Board II) control board is the core control component used in Otis modular control system MCS, installed in the elevator control cabinet.
As the brain of the elevator, LCB-II control board is mainly responsible for processing elevator signals, receiving and processing instructions, calls, floor display, earthquake, fire operation destination floor, opening and closing direction, etc. Most input and output signals (such as: instructions, calls, floor display, power failure self-rescue, earthquake, fire, direction lights, buzzers, hall bells, hall lights, stop switches, etc.) are transmitted serially with the mainboard via remote communication chain.
To install LCB-II, you only need to remove all interface terminals and CPU from the old board and re-insert and connect them on the new board. The installation operation is simple, convenient and easy to use.
