On March 12, 2026, Yongxian Group successfully held its first technical exchange and training session. The training, centered on “Practical Empowerment of Monarch NICE3000 Series Technology,” was led by Wang Lu, Technical Director of Yongxian Group, and aimed to solidify industry technical foundations and solve practical problems for customers.
Monarch NICE3000 Series Technology in Practical Application
At the start of the event, participants from various companies visited the exhibition hall and technology platform under the guidance of staff. Through close contact with the R&D environment and core products, they gained a direct understanding of the Group’s strength and technological accumulation.
This training was jointly conducted by He Tongtong, a senior technical engineer with 12 years of experience in the elevator industry within the group, and Mr. Lin Zhonghai, a professional lecturer from Huichuan. Employing a “theory + practice + Q&A” model, the training provided an in-depth analysis of Monarch’s core technologies, helping participants build a solid knowledge base. During the training, senior leaders of the group held a special tea party with representatives from participating companies, engaging in in-depth dialogues on industry trends, technology applications, and cooperation opportunities, further strengthening the strategic synergy between the group and its industry partners.
The second half of the training focused on practical applications. Three technical experts, Lin Zhonghai and Lu Kai, engineers from Huichuan Technology, and He Wei, a technical engineer from Yongxian Group, systematically explained the key points and technical specifications of the Monarch modification course. The content was closely related to industry needs and combined theoretical depth with practical guidance value.
During the training summary session, Wang Lu, the group’s Technical Director, explained the curriculum and unveiled a three-month technical support policy. He also previewed upcoming courses, emphasizing the group’s continued commitment to empowering industry peers. Following this, Xue Shubo, Deputy General Manager of the Brand Operations Center, showcased the Monarch product series, explained membership benefits, and provided on-site Q&A services, further reinforcing the group’s image as a technology leader in the industry.
After the training, participants remained engaged and enthusiastically discussed technical issues with the group’s technical team.
